Hi!
In text input inserted content phrase with special characters %@

Current behavior:
The special characters suggested content shows as a link

Expected behavior:
The special characters suggested content would not show as a link

I prefer, these are features of the linky filter in module ngSanitize

Please provide a live reproduction (e.g. using CodePen, Plnkr, StackBlitz, etc.).
It is impossible to tell what the issue is without looking at the actual code.
