Added a wiki link to MVC in case people have not heard of it before and want to read into it more

AngularJS is in LTS mode

We are no longer accepting changes that are not critical bug fixes into this project.

FWIW, I tweaked the commit message to more closely follow our commit message guidelines before merging.

Also note that this project is currently in Long Term Support mode (ending December 31, 2021) and we are typically only merging specific kinds of fixes.
